XSEO TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT

These terms govern your use of XSeo, a Shopify app published by B2B Gold, Ho
Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("we," "us"). Installing or using the app accepts them.
If you install it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to
bind that business.

2. WHAT THE APP DOES

XSeo works on your store's content at your direction. It compresses and
resizes images in place; writes image alt text, SEO titles and meta
descriptions, URL handles, product categories and barcodes, translations of
SEO text and alt text, and the product and collection descriptions you
approve; drafts blog posts you approve, created hidden; copies SEO text from
another SEO app into Shopify's own fields; fixes the broken links you choose
in your pages' text; runs the autopilot steps you turn on for new items; adds
structured data, an image sitemap and a 404 monitor through a theme app embed
you turn on; manages redirects; emails a monthly report you can turn off; and
shows reports from Google
(PageSpeed Insights, the Chrome UX Report and, if you connect it, Search
Console). The app and its App Store listing describe each feature.

3. PREVIEW AND UNDO

XSeo shows what a run will change before it writes anything, and records what
it changed so you can undo it:

- A text or data change (alt text, SEO text, URL handles, the setting that
  hides a page from search, categories, barcodes, translations, descriptions,
  text copied from another app, links XSeo fixed in your pages' text) can be
  undone in the app while the field still shows XSeo's value. If you
  or another app has edited the field since, XSeo leaves that edit in place.
- When XSeo replaces an image, it keeps the original for 60 days while XSeo
  is installed, and you can restore it during that time. After that, or once
  your shop data is deleted after you uninstall (see the Privacy Policy), it
  can no longer be restored.
- A redirect XSeo created, changed or deleted can be undone while it is still
  as XSeo left it.
- A blog post XSeo created can be deleted in the app while it is still hidden
  and its text is unchanged since XSeo created it.

Undo covers XSeo's own changes. It is not a backup of your store.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

- Reviewing what you apply. Text written from templates or by AI (Google
  Gemini) can be inaccurate or incomplete. You decide what is applied, and
  your store's content, including what it says about your products, remains
  yours.
- Having the rights to the images and content you ask XSeo to process.
- The Google account and Search Console property you connect, if you do, and
  your use of Google's services under Google's terms.
- Keeping your Shopify account secure.

5. WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE

- Search rankings, traffic, sales, rich results or appearance in AI answers.
  Search engines and AI services decide what they show; XSeo improves the
  information they read.
- Particular speed scores. PageSpeed Insights and Chrome UX Report numbers
  come from Google, vary from one measurement to the next, and are shown as
  Google reports them.
- Uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and
  will give reasonable notice of a material reduction.

6. PRICE, LIMITS AND FAIR USE

XSeo is free. Every feature is included and nothing is charged; there is no
paid plan and no subscription to approve. If we introduce paid plans later,
they will be shown in the app and on the App Store listing first, any charge
will need your approval on Shopify's own confirmation page, and XSeo will
stay usable without one.

- XSeo changes as many items as you ask it to. An item is a product,
  collection, page, blog post or image XSeo changes; changing it again in the
  same month counts once. Past 50,000 items in a month nothing stops, and we
  may get in touch to check XSeo still fits your store.
- XSeo's AI writes for up to 100 items a month. Past that, until the next
  month (UTC), SEO text and alt text come from your templates, AI categories
  and translations are skipped and the run says so, and AI samples, drafts
  and blog posts are not available. If you need more, ask us in the app; we
  may raise your store's monthly AI items, and may lower them again with
  notice.
- XSeo's AI writes the same kind of text for the same item at most three
  times a month, and drafts at most five blog posts a month. Templates and
  your own edits are not limited.
- Previews, samples, restores and undo never count as items.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use XSeo to publish content you have no right to publish, deceptive
claims or spam; to try to access another merchant's data or XSeo's systems
beyond what the app offers you; or to get around the AI limits or the fair
use above.

8. DATA

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy at
https://xseo.afixer.app/privacy-policy.txt, which forms part of these terms.

9. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or
consequential loss, including lost search rankings, traffic or revenue, or
decisions taken on the basis of the reports XSeo shows. Our total liability
is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for XSeo in the twelve months
before the claim and US$100.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. TERMINATION

You may uninstall XSeo at any time. We may suspend or end your access for a
breach of these terms, or where Shopify or the law requires it. Your data is
then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we
will give reasonable notice of a material change. Continuing to use XSeo
after a change accepts it.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the courts of Ho Chi
Minh City have exclusive jurisdiction.
